Q2. How do I place a custom chapter order? Purchase the base item that matches your style, add your customization details at checkout, and email us your order number with full specifications. Our team will handle the rest.

Q3. Can I provide my own design or artwork? Yes. After confirming with us, you can send your design file by email. We'll review it for compatibility with our production process before proceeding.

Q4. How long does a custom order take? Standard items ship within 1–4 business days. Custom and personalized orders typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current production load.

Q5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Standard orders can be modified within a short window. Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. Contact us immediately at support@greatgreekapparel.com if you need to make changes.


SIZING & FIT

Q6. How do I find my correct size? Visit our How to Measure page for detailed sizing instructions. For jackets and outerwear, we strongly recommend taking your measurements before ordering.

Q7. What measurements do I need to provide for a jacket? For jackets, you'll typically need chest, waist, shoulders, sleeve length, and back length. Full instructions are on our How to Measure page.

Q8. What if the item doesn't fit? We accept exchanges for size within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact support@greatgreekapparel.com to start the process.

Q9. Are your Greek letters embroidered or printed? It depends on the product. Many items feature stitched/embroidered Greek letters. Some use high-quality printed designs. The method is clearly listed on each product page.

Q11. Do you carry apparel for all Divine Nine organizations? Yes. We carry apparel for Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, Zeta Phi Beta, Sigma Gamma Rho, Alpha Phi Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi, Omega Psi Phi, Phi Beta Sigma, and Iota Phi Theta.

Q12. Can alumni order from your store? Absolutely. Our apparel is designed for active members and alumni alike — perfect for homecoming, reunions, step shows, and everyday wear.

Q19. How long does delivery take? Most standard orders ship within 1–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q24. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging.

Q25. Are custom or personalized items returnable? No. Due to their personalized nature, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault or error on our part. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

Q26. Who covers return shipping costs? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Q27. How long do refunds take? Refunds are processed within 30 days of us receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

Q28. What if I receive the wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours at support@greatgreekapparel.com. We will send the correct item at no extra charge.


CARE & MAINTENANCE

Q29. How do I care for my Greek jacket? For embroidered jackets, turn inside out before washing. Use cold water on a gentle cycle or hand wash. Avoid bleach. Hang dry — do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly over embroidery or lettering.

Q30. How do I store my jacket? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a hanger to keep the shape and avoid folding for long periods.
