Return & Refund Policy – Great Greek Apparel


Our Guarantee

At Great Greek Apparel, we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to every customer. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


1. How to Start a Return or Refund

Email us first at support@greatgreekapparel.com before sending anything back. Our team will confirm your request, issue a return authorisation number, and guide you through the full process. Returns will not be accepted without this authorisation number.

Include your return number, order number, and full name on a separate sheet of paper inside the package. Do not write on the original packaging.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must:

Be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and free of body odor or fragrance.

Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, labels, and order invoice.

Items not meeting these conditions may result in delays or a partial refund deduction.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalized items — including Greek letters, line names, line numbers, chapter details, custom sizing, or custom materials.

Made-to-order items.

Special or bulk chapter orders.

Exception: If a custom item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, it is 100% refundable or will be replaced at no cost to you.

Please review our sizing and measurement guide carefully before ordering. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@greatgreekapparel.com with:

— Clear photos of the damaged item.

— Clear photos of the packaging.

If your item is faulty or not fit for purpose, email us with a detailed description of the fault and supporting photos. Claims submitted without photos or outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for investigation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 48 hours.


5. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — PayPal, credit card, or debit card.

Only the item cost is refunded.

Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If your order included free shipping and you return it, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We do not cover return shipping fees. We are not responsible for any international customs charges, VAT, or taxes applied by your country's laws on returned parcels.


7. Exchanges After Dispatch

If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or style after your order has been dispatched, additional postage charges will apply.


8. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified by email once complete. Funds typically appear in your account within 1–2 working days after notification, depending on your payment provider.
