What happens after I place my order?

You'll get a confirmation email within minutes with your order number and a summary of everything you bought. In-stock items move into the packing queue within 24 hours. Custom embroidery pieces go straight to our production team to start the 7-day stitch process. Once your order ships, you'll get a second email with a tracking link from the courier handling your package (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on where you live). If you don't see the first email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder before reaching out

Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?

Yes, but timing matters. For in-stock items, email us within 24 hours and we can usually cancel or update the size, color, or shipping address with no fee. After 24 hours the order has likely been packed and changes get harder. For custom embroidery, you can make changes only before stitching starts, which is roughly the first 24 to 48 hours. Once production begins, the order can't be cancelled because the piece is being made specifically for you. Email support@greatgreekapparel.com as soon as you spot the issue

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest using just your email and shipping address. Creating an account does save time on future orders and lets you track order history, store multiple addresses, and get early access to sale drops. Either way works

Can I see a mockup of my custom design before you start production?

For standard customizations on the product page (line number, chapter, crossing year), we go straight into production using the design specs already approved for that piece. For special requests like custom fonts, unusual color combos, or letters and crests not listed on the site, we email a digital mockup for your approval before anything gets stitched. Nothing custom goes into production without your sign-off

My item arrived damaged or you sent the wrong product. What do I do?

Take photos of the item, the shipping label, and the box if it's also damaged. Email support@greatgreekapparel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and those pictures. Damaged or incorrect items are on us. We'll either remake the piece, ship a replacement, or refund you in full depending on the situation. No restocking fees, no return shipping cost on your end. The faster you reach out, the faster we can fix it.

What happens if my package gets lost in transit?

First, double-check the tracking link. Sometimes a "delivered" package turns up at a neighbor's door, the leasing office, or a back porch. If it's been more than 5 working days past the expected delivery date with no movement on the tracking, email us with your order number. We'll open a trace with the courier from our end. If the package is officially declared lost, we either reship your order or refund you. You're not stuck paying for something the courier misplaced.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties on my international order?

Possibly. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country's government, not by us, so we can't include them in the shipping cost or waive them. If you're ordering from outside the US, check your country's import threshold for clothing before placing the order. DHL or FedEx will contact you if duties are owed before final delivery. We mark every package honestly on the customs form so there are no surprises down the line

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. At checkout, uncheck the "shipping address same as billing" box and enter wherever you want the package delivered. We ship to homes, dorms, chapter houses, work addresses, P.O. boxes, anywhere a courier can reach. If it's a gift, leave a note in the order comments and we'll keep the price slip out of the box

What happens if I'm not home when my package arrives?

Depends on the courier and your address. DHL and FedEx usually leave packages at the door for residential delivery unless signature confirmation was requested. UPS may leave a notice and attempt redelivery the next business day. For higher-value orders we sometimes require a signature, in which case the courier leaves a slip with redelivery or pickup options. Most couriers also let you reroute a package to a nearby pickup point or hold it at their facility for free, all from the tracking link in your shipping email.
